Our Mission

The Leader Transition Institute prepares and walks beside people who are making life pivots. Concurrently, we help small and large organizations maximize their abilities to communicate and lead, as well as improve their hiring process to create revenue to provide our philanthropic program - Changing Focus: Moving From We to Me. We are a veteran-led 501(c)(3) organization supporting Federal and State Government customers in both CONUS and OCONUS locations.
