ISC Pierce is the embodiment of selfless service. She consistently puts her Sailors’ welfare above her own, never complains about doing the hard jobs, and pushes herself to be a leader in everything she does. Her resilience has inspired coworkers and set a tremendous example for others to follow. In addition to serving, she is a very involved mother to her three daughters and plays an active role in her community.
